The Tidrick Law Firm has announced the filing of an employment discrimination class action lawsuit against In-N-Out Burgers alleging that the restaurant chain maintains hiring practices that discriminate on the basis of race, color, and/or age. The suit charges that In-N-Out Burgers systematically denies employment opportunities to African-Americans and/or individuals over the age of forty (40) in the hiring of store associates and cleanup associates. The lawsuit requests that the court order In-N-Out Burgers to end discriminatory employment practices and to provide back pay and other monetary relief to people who have been unlawfully denied employment with In-N-Out Burgers.
